L&E – Legal and Engineering advises companies and groups on the planning and control of compliance programmes aimed at the implementation/review of organisational systems, integrated compliance programmes, anti-corruption systems, development of corporate sustainability programmes and preparation and implementation of the Organisational, Management and Control Model, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 to prevent criminal liability of companies.

The Department’s professionals are members of Supervisory Bodies appointed pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 by leading companies and groups in Italy.

The Department combines legal and Engineering expertise to provide companies with an overview and integrated tools for risk management.

In this context, the Department guarantees the highest levels of excellency in supporting clients with requirements related to health and safety at work, food safety and traceability, cyber security, also with reference to the reorganisation of the system of powers and delegation of powers and Management Systems.
