L&E – Legal and Engineering provides legal assistance in the area of obligations and all legal matters (substantive and procedural) relating to and connected with debt collection.

The Department assists companies, with regard to internal credit management procedures and through actual debt collection activities: formal notices for payment, drafting of settlements and/or repayment plans (also with an eye on the tax impact of the individual transaction), assessments on debt collection possibilities, assessments for write off, applications for orders of payment, writs of executions, enforcement of judgments against movable property, enforcement of judgments against movable property vis-à-vis third parties, enforcement of judgments against immovable property, proving and assistance in insolvency proceedings.

The Firm also advises and assists Clients in all stages of the enforcement process, both on the side of the creditor and the debtor.
