  • Business contracts: drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts – distribution, sales concession, supply and subcontracting contracts, franchising contracts, agency contracts, mediation, business procurement, works, goods and services contracts, sponsorship, cash pooling, commission, deposit, general terms and conditions of sale/supply and purchase, lease agreements, logistics contracts.
  • Litigation on defects in supplies and contracts.
  • Corporate governance: relations between corporate bodies, conflicts of interest, directors liability, corporate disclosure and organisational structures.
  • Corporate advice: drafting of articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, company secretarial services and management of company books.
  • Consumer contracts: drafting of general terms and conditions in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code.
