  • Preparation of contracts related to participation in public tenders: incorporation of temporary grouping of enterprises – temporary association of enterprises; Subcontracting contracts.
  • Advice and assistance in matters relating to Public Services, Construction and Town Planning, expropriation for public interest and Environment.
  • Litigation before the Italian Regional Administrative Court (TAR) and before Italian higher courts relating to public procurement, concessions and authorisations, construction and town planning, expropriation for public interest.
  • Civil litigation and proceedings before the Italian Ordinary Courts (Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court) on: Public contracts, with specific reference to the performance of public procurement contracts and corporate affairs related to Consortia, the establishment and management of temporary joint ventures (A.T.I.) and consortium companies for the execution of public works and for the performance of public service and supply contracts, and compensation for expropriation.
